Wrapped in a soft blanket, with a warm cup of coffee labeled “Mrs” in hand, and my fluffy cat Jack curled beside me, I found a peaceful corner of my balcony to just exist. No agenda. No phone calls. No noise. Just me, my cat, and the sound of distant rain tapping against the railing.
